I talked to Jed Cahill the director for in the bin short film festiaval and he is happy to help you guys get started and help you all get into the short film. As you are all aware by now, we have our very own kcfilm festival late this year for kingscliff tafe. How good would it be if you had your films in both 🙂 Entries for in the Bin have to be in soon because it is held in September. if you are interested please come and see me or Ursh. In The Bin is looking for films worldwide to include in its 3 festivals…
In The Bin Short Film Festival is and open category festival for all films great and small. Films must run for no longer than 15mins and all genres, styles and formats are welcome.
Board Shorts Film Festival: Sports Short Films are the flavor for this festival, if your film is sports related in any way get your film into us for competition, all sports welcome can be documentary, fiction, music video or anything else as long as it is under 15mins.
Cart-orts Film Festival is simply, Animated and Family short films, got a kids film, animation or live action we want it. Once again under 15mins is important and you can enter simply by downloading the In The Bin entry form bellow.
A selection of the very best films from all of the festivals will be made to tour for 2011 & 2012. If your film is selected to tour, you will be paid $15 per screening at each festival, not bad considering we are aiming for over 60 locations this year!
We do accept late entries after this deadline at additional costs these entries close on the 7th of March.
